Refunds & Returns

Understandably, sometimes we change our minds about a purchase. We want you to be happy with your purchase and to find your perfect crystal match. The majority of crystals will be final sales but if you aren't satisfied, we will do everything we can to help if this is the case. Please contact us and we can work out the best way forward. NOTE: Items purchased on sale/discount will be final sale unless they have arrived damaged, so please select carefully. if you are unsure of an item before placing the order message us on Facebook or Instagram and we can send you a video of the item, before you make your final decision.

We take great care when packaging your purchase, however if your item is damaged when received, please let us know within 24hours of receiving your order (include photos if possible). We will do everything we can to help you via an exchange* or refund. Shipping costs will be excluded from refund/exchanges*.

* Given each crystal is unique we may not have the exact item you have purchased to exchange, however we can try to find something of a similar nature for you.

* When returning an item for refund or exchange you are liable to pay the cost of postage each way (when sending to us and when/if we are sending you the item selected for the exchange).

Please note that some crystals have cracks and lines through them but this does not mean they are broken it is just how they are formed and in fact adds to the beauty and individuality of the crystal. It makes it your own and enhances the uniqueness.
